DESIGN TO BUILD PROCESS

Logic is the foundation for all phases of the AV integration development process, including the initial needs assessment, system design & integration, engineering, installation, project management, training and support services.

We are committed to making your experience during the design-build technology integration as seamless, effective and efficient as possible. We implement 5 Phases through the course of a project. This process ensure you receive a smart solution tailored to deliver exceptional results from concept to completion.

1. Discovery Process:

The discovery phase will ensure that all specifics have been reviewed together for a more inclusive system design and project contract. We thrive to communicate clearly to balance client requests with the industry technology trends, built-in limitations and budget constraints.

2. System Design:

With the information gathered during the Discovery Phase, a detailed report can be created in accordance to these plans. The technical design team will outline all aspects of the project functionality for each space, offering a clear system design for our client. An extensive set of project drawings are created that offer details of location of all hardware and pre-wire drops. The system design is allocated for all projects from conference room technology to a full smart home automation system. The system design details include all hardware, schematics and labor. All information is reviewed with client for feedback and ultimately project approval.

3. Engineering:

With the signed project approval of system design and budget, our engineering team will plan and produce documents with drawings incorporating technical solutions for the complete installation. The comprehensive engineering documentation package will be presented to the client at the completion of the project.

4. Implementation Process:

Upon the completion of the engineering documentation, Logic’s team is ready to install the rough and trim phase infrastructure. Such as the conduit, prewire and enclosures. Place orders for all specified equipment to prepare for programming and installation. The duration of integration for this phase is dependent upon the time frame of construction. All engineering documentation is updated to an as-built state upon completion.

5. Service & Support:

The completed as-built documentation will be delivered to the client for the final project sign off. The as-built documentation will provide source codes and programming information, to insure client’s investment is protected and accurately serviceable. All manufactures warranties allocated in the project are honored. Logic’s ultimate goal is to enhance the clients experience by integrating smart technology system which is effective and efficient as possible. We strive to make every client, a client for life.
